You’re always happy when a long-standing customer calls again.
Even if “old client, new website” sounds a bit nonchalant, I have been working with the PR agency Möller PR for quite a long time and really appreciate their work. They obviously appreciate my work too, because I photographed their website six years ago. And as the company has gradually expanded and restructured in the course of this, a relaunch was initiated and all old and new employees were given the opportunity to present themselves again and become a face for the customers.
In just under a day, I photographed the employees in their offices. Each one individually, undisturbed, to have time to get to know the people. Because, as you know, simply “in, snap, out” is not my thing. Portraits are about the person, they have to be able to recognize themselves and feel comfortable with their likeness. Just as they have to recognize themselves in the role in which they are photographed. If a person recognizes what they see in the picture as who they are and what defines them, they appear credible in the photo. This credibility is an important currency in corporate communication and an absolute prerequisite for good corporate photography.

What pleases me most about all this effort is that with this way of working, every person shines and what makes them special comes to the fore. You just have to give them the space to do so, and I was able to return the freedom and trust I was given on this assignment a thousandfold. Only the layout specifications set a limit to the scope within which I could let the main characters act. Christoph Möller, the owner and managing director, deliberately kept a low profile and thus naturally also signaled his trust in his employees. This created an ingenious basis for successful and beautiful photography.
Customer satisfied, employee satisfied. And me too…
