You fly to Athens to do a job for a major German Sunday newspaper and end up in the middle of the celebrations after winning the semi-final of the European Football Championship. Greek soccer then led to the European Championship win, which is surely simply an anomaly.

Not to mention what I was able to experience in Athens and the surrounding area on those days. But that’s a story in itself.
