Together with my esteemed colleague Eric Alexander Lichtenscheidt, I am exhibiting at the Duesseldorf Photo Weekend 2018 at Galerie Christian Marx.

I am there with the “Pure Planes”, with new pictures of course. Portraits of aircraft in inaccessible places, witnesses to political decisions, stranded or preserved. Design or just documents of the art of engineering? Technical personalities or deadly machines? I can’t get out of the portrait and so mobility, which is no longer mobile, became my subject.
Eric Lichtenscheidt sets up his Black Room and of course shows pictures he has taken there so far. An exciting theme, very close to the self. That’s what portraits are all about.
